Timepiece Terms of Use

Effective date: September 27, 2026

These Terms set out the conditions for using the iOS app "Timepiece" (the "App"), provided by the operator of Timepiece (the "Operator").

Article 1 (Agreement to the Terms)

The Operator makes these Terms public so that users can review them before downloading the App. A user who downloads the App is deemed to have agreed to these Terms. The same applies to a user who installs or uses the App.

If you do not agree, please delete the App and stop using it.

Matters not covered by these Terms are governed by Apple's standard End User License Agreement (EULA) and applicable laws and regulations.

Article 2 (Service)

① The App provides, free of charge, features for recording and managing wristwatch information as cards.

② Some decorative items (card skins) are sold for a fee.

③ The Operator may change the App's features or discontinue providing the App. If the App is to be discontinued, or if a change would significantly affect the use of a purchased product, the Operator will give users advance notice of the scheduled date and the effect on users through an in-app notice or this page.

Article 3 (Paid Products)

① Card skins are products paid for once and used thereafter; no subscription or recurring payment arises.

② Payments and refunds are processed through the Apple App Store procedures. Refunds can be requested at reportaproblem.apple.com and are handled in accordance with Apple's policies and applicable laws and regulations. These Terms do not limit a user's right to withdraw an order or obtain a refund under applicable laws and regulations.

③ If you reinstall the App or change devices, you can restore your right to use the skins you purchased by tapping "Restore Purchases" in the App while signed in with the same Apple account.

④ Paid products do not support Family Sharing.

Article 4 (Data Storage)

① The records and photos a user enters are stored only on the user's device and in the user's own iCloud, and the Operator cannot access this data.

② If data is lost because a device is lost, iCloud settings are changed, the App is deleted, or for similar reasons, the Operator cannot recover it.

Article 5 (Rights)

① Rights in the App and in the designs, images and other content within it belong to the Operator.

② Rights in the photos and records a user stores in the App belong to the user.

③ Watch brands and model names shown in the App are information entered by the user, and the Operator has no affiliation with those brands.

Article 6 (Limits of Recorded Information)

Levels, completion rates and similar items shown in the App merely display the user's records and do not guarantee a watch's authenticity or value.

Article 7 (Changes to the Terms)

The Operator may change these Terms when necessary, and will post the content of the revised Terms and their effective date on this page in advance of that date. If you continue to use the App after the effective date, you are deemed to have agreed to the revised Terms.

Article 8 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes shall be resolved in the court with jurisdiction under the Civil Procedure Act.
